USING Q.931 MESSAGE LOGGING
Q.931 message logging is an SRS-
2100 feature that lets you store and retrieve call control messages sent and received by your digital set. These messages can help the System Administrator or service technician verify the operation of the digital set and phone lines. The average user would use the message logging feature only to collect messages for a service person in case of phone problems.
