Using the Analyzer

To Connect to the System Under Test

You can perform this test using either a single port with a single interface, or across two ports using two interfaces of the same line rate and conﬁguration. For example, you can make an external loopback connection across two ports, between two OC-3/STM-1 interfaces.

Use the external loopback connection to monitor, capture, and transmit trafﬁc.

Conﬁgure the affected ports for full duplex interface conﬁguration for the external loopback test connections.
