Note: With ISDN if the Caller Number field is provided then it can be displayed regardless of the presentation flag. TR-11087 provides this information.

TELESECRETARY SERVICE

A new programming option 'Telesecretary Service' is provided in the extension programming menu and is programmed as follows:

From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.

• Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until “System Programming” is displayed.

Select “System Programming”.

Enter the System Programming Password and select “Extension”.

• Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until “Telesecretary Service'” is displayed.

Select “Telesecretary Service'” option.

When Telesecretary is selected the option to turn it on and off is presented.

Select the 'Telesecretary On' option.

When Telesecretary is set on the display states ‘Call for xxxxxx’ where xxxx is the received DID / DNIS number. If the called number has an associated name in the DID/DNIS table, the name is displayed instead of the number.

Note: This feature does not apply to analog caller ID phones. These phones will be presented with the caller ID information only.
