•Select the extensions whose calls are not to be logged. The selected extensions will be indicated with a
“♦”.
Press the speakerphone key to finish programming.
To Set the Call Logging Interface Speed
•From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
• Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until “System Programming” is displayed.
•Select “System Programming”.
•Enter the System Programming Password and select “System”.
• Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until “Set v24 Baud Rate” is displayed.
•Select “Set v24 Baud Rate”.
•Select the speed you require - 4800, 9600,19,200, 38,400 or 115,200 bps. Press the speakerphone key to finish programming.
Note: To connect a printer or PC for call logging, use the call logging cable provided and connect one end to the V24 interface on the Central Control Unit (CCU) and the other end to the serial device, (e.g. a PC or a printer).
OPERATION WITH A PARENT PBX

You can program any of the 11 outgoing groups to work with a parent PBX. When programming the outgoing groups as PBX groups, PBX access digits and the number of digits in a PBX extension number are entered. The PBX access digits are the digits that must be dialed to select a CO line in the parent PBX. (You can have a maximum of two PBX access digits).
If you wish to make an external call via the parent PBX, you must select a line connected to the PBX, and dial the access digit(s) before the number. If you wish to make a call to a parent PBX extension, you must select a line connected to the PBX and dial the extension number.

If Redial is activated, the number is redialed on the same group on which the original call was made.
To Program PBX Access Digits
•From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
• Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until “System Programming” is displayed.
•Select “System Programming”.
•Enter the System Programming Password and select “Lines”.
• Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until “PBX Group” is displayed.
•Select “PBX Group”.
•Select which group you wish to use. You are then presented another menu with which to program the parent PBX Access digits.
•Select “Set/Clear PBX Status” to set or clear the selected outgoing group as a PBX group. A confirmation prompt appears momentarily on the top line of the display.
