OUTGOING GROUPS
Outgoing groups programming when T1 is programmed
Individual T1 channels can be programmed into the different line groups.
•From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
• Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until “System Programming” is displayed.
•Select “System Programming”.
•Enter the System Programming Password and select “Lines”.
• Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until “Outgoing Groups” is displayed.
•Select “Outgoing Groups” option.
•Select the group you wish to set up. Up to 11 groups can be set up, each with a corresponding access code, 9 or 760 - 769.
•Select the lines to be in the group.
•The menu updates to show all T1 and the back up CO lines equipped. The lines in the group are indicated by a “♦”.
•Select the lines that are in the selected group. Lines
In default all lines, T1 and backup are in group 1 selected by dialing 9.
Outgoing Groups when PRI is programmed
In this case all available
•From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
• Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until “System Programming” is displayed.
•Select “System Programming”.
•Enter the System Programming Password and select “Lines”.
• Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until “Outgoing Groups” is displayed.
•Select “Outgoing Groups” option.
•Select the group you wish to set up. Up to 11 groups can be set up, each with a corresponding access code, 9 or 760 - 769.
•Select either the 'PRI' or the back up CO lines (Line 24 - Line 27).
•If PRI is selected all the available
In default the PRI and CO Lines are all in Group 1, selected by dialing 9.
LCR CODES
Selecting Lines when T1 is programmed
When the option to select lines is presented the menu is updated to show all the equipped lines.
•From the programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
• Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until “System Programming” is displayed.
•Select “System Programming”.
•Enter the System Programming Password and select “Lines”.
•Scroll Down and select “LCR Codes”.
•Select “LCR On” to activate the feature.
•Enter in a code index
•Enter an input code (Up to 5 digits). Press “Confirm”. This is the code dialed by the user.
•Enter an output code (Up to 9 digits). This is the code that will be inserted before the telephone number that the user dials. This code can be used to select a specific telephone company.
•Select the preferred or exclusive option.
•If “Exclusive” is selected, the calls can only be sent on the lines selected.
