■You can specify how to use the auxiliary serial port on the Netopia R2020’s back panel. By default, this port is enabled for an external asynchronous modem. If you have installed the optional AppleTalk feature set, then this port defaults to a LocalTalk connection. See “AppleTalk Setup” on page 12-1for more information on how to use the optional AppleTalk feature set.
