To Do This	Do This
One-Touch key	Press the One-Touch key. Lift the main One-Touch
	keypad to access One-Touch keys 21-40.
Auto Dial number	Press the Auto Dial key, and then enter the 3-digit
	Auto Dial number on the numeric keypad.
A group	Using the numeric keypad, press the # key after press
	Auto Dial key, then enter the number of the group you
	want to use.
A number dialed on the	Dial as you would on a normal telephone.

4.When finished selecting locations, press Start. The display shows:

ENTRY IS OK?

DIAL(START)CHECK()

5.If satisfied with the entries submitted, press Start to begin transmission or to load the documents. If you wish to CHECK what entries have been submitted, press the NO key to access an Entry Report or to check the entries via the LCD screen.

6.If checking the entries, the display will read:

PRINT ENTRY REPORT?

YES()NO()

7.Press the YES key to print the Entry Report or press NO to check the entries via the LCD. If checking via LCD the following appears:

CHECK LOCATIONS(S)

YES(STR/LOC.) EXIT()

8.Press the Start key repeatedly to cycle through the entries. Press Start to accept the entry or NO to clear the entry.

9.Once finished, press No to exit the verification menu and the display will read:

ENTRY IS OK?

DIAL(START)CHECK()

10.Press Start to begin transmission or to load the documents and then send.

Delayed Sending of Faxes

The delayed transmission feature allows you to send documents at a specified date and time, and frees you from the need to manually start the transmission. You can program a delayed transmission to occur at any time on the day of your transmission, or at any time over the next three days.
