Active Memory Files Report

The active memory files report provides a list of all messages stored in your fax machine’s memory, either documents waiting for transmission or documents that have been received and not yet printed. Information provided on this report includes:

RECEPTION: Prints out memory reception information. ENTRIES lists the number of received messages stored up in your facsimile unit’s memory. PAGES lists the total number of pages received.

PERSONAL BOX: Prints out set up status of your Personal Boxes (Confidential, Bulletin Polling). MODE describes the Box types. ENTRIES list the number of received messages stored up in each Box. PAGES lists the total number of pages in each Box.

POLLING TX/RX: Prints out information on polling reception and polling transmission not using a Box. Polling transmissions are indicated in the mode column along with the scanned number of pages. Polling Reception lists the date & time sent, sender and transmission mode.

TRANSMISSION: Prints out information on Delayed Fax and Redialing Wait transmissions. (However, polling reception information will be listed in the above POLLING TX/RX). Transmission date & time, receivers and transmission modes are listed.

This report will not be printed out if there is no message stored in memory.

Telephone Directory

This report provides a complete listing of all of the telephone numbers programmed for the One-Touch keys, Auto Dial codes and groups of your fax machine. The information includes:

The Location ID and main fax number (TEL NO) for each One Touch key and Auto Dial code.

Note: One-Touch Parameters exist for not only One-Touch keys but also Auto-Dial - A listing of all of the One Touch keys and Auto Dial codes included in each group.

The alternate number (OR) for each One Touch key.

The Communication Parameter settings (G3- ECHO, G3- RATE) for each One-Touch key, and Auto Dial code.

Note: The standard parameter settings are ECHO and RATE.

Configuration Report

The configuration report provides a list of the current operational settings of your fax machine that can be set by you. The information includes:

The current settings of all your fax machine’s user functions.

The Sender ID (ID=), fax number (TEL NO.), forwarding number and call back number (CALL BACK NO.) currently programmed into your fax machine.

The current setting of dial parameters for your fax machine.
