SP DNS Subcommands

The subcommands in TABLE H-6manage the DNS configuration on the SP.

sp disable dns

Disables the DNS configuration on the SP.

sp

enable dns

Configures the DNS configuration on the SP.

sp

get dns

Displays the current DNS configuration on the SP.

 

 

 

SP Disable DNS Subcommand

Description: Disables the DNS configuration on the SP.

sp disable dns

When the SP is configured to use Dynamic Host Control Protocol (DHCP), DHCP automatically configures DNS settings. Changes to the DNS settings in this configuration can be replaced with the DHCP client.
