31.7.4. Duplex Display

While recorded images are being played back on the multi-segment split screens, live images can also be displayed simultaneously by replacing some of the display segments with live images. Right-clicking on any display segment causes the popup menu to appear.

Selecting “Cameras 1-9 (1-16) Live” in the popup menu and one of the cameras causes the image display area that has displayed the popup menu to switch to the selected camera’s live images or recorded image playback. Live image positions are saved on the PC for each multi-segment split screen. Duplex setting data is saved to a client PC and the multi-segment split screen is displayed in saved duplex setting format the next time the PC logs in.

Notes

•It is impossible to replace all screen segments with live image displays, and the popup menu used to switch to live instead of recorded image display is disabled when only one screen segment remains displaying recorded images.

•It is not possible to simultaneously select two or more live screens for the same camera.
