4. PROGRAM DOWN LOAD

1. First, start the printer in download mode.

4.3 Firmware Download

Power off

While pressing the [FEED], [PAUSE], and [RESTART] keys at the same time, turn on the printer.

			[FEED] or
			[FEED] or
DOWNLOAD MODE			[RESTART]

DOWNLOAD MODE 2

Choose either mode. For the difference, refer to NOTE below.

NOTE: Centronics interface ACK/BUSY timing is different between “DOWNLOAD MODE” and “DOWNLOAD MODE 2”. If data cannot be downloaded in “DOWNLOAD MODE”, choose “DOWNLOAD MODE 2” and retry downloading.
