Outline of Test Print

In the Test Print mode, you can print the test patterns and set print conditions for a test print. This is useful to check the print quality of new media or ribbon.

The Test Print menu consists of the following:

<4>TEST PRINT

[RESTART]

Auto print mode for factory test (Black mark sensor)

<4>TEST PRINT AUTO PRINT(REFL)

[PAUSE]

The printer feeds one media, and then prints 5 pcs. of the Slant Line (3 dots).

<4>TEST PRINT AUTO PRINT(REFL)

[PAUSE]

The printer prints 5 pcs. of the Bar Code.

<4>TEST PRINT AUTO PRINT(REFL)

[PAUSE]

The printer prints 5 pcs. of characters.

<4>TEST PRINT

[PAUSE]

<4>TEST PRINT AUTO PRINT(TRAN)

[PAUSE]

The printer feeds one media, and then prints 5 pcs. of the Slant Line (3 dots).

<4>TEST PRINT AUTO PRINT(TRAN)

[PAUSE]

The printer prints 5 pcs. of the Bar Code.

The printer prints 5 pcs. of characters.
