MODES OF RECORDING
AUTO STOP DELAY setting
When making recordings using the digital synchro recording function, the main unit goes into automatic
1 Press the MENU button repeatedly until “ASd XXX” is displayed.
2 Use the 41 Á¢buttons to select the AUTO STOP DELAY setting (0 seconds, 10 seconds, OFF).
Initial setting is 10 seconds.
0 seconds
When no sound is encountered,
10 seconds
When no sound is encountered for 10 seconds, the
OFF
The AUTO STOP DELAY is disabled regardless of the length of time that no sound is encountered.
3 Press the SKIP ID SET button to memorize the setting.
•The question mark disappears from the display and the new setting is memorized, .
4 Press the 7 button to exit the MENU mode.
SAMPLING RATE CONVERTOR THROUGH OPTION When the input digital signal has a sampling frequency of
44.1kHz, it is possible to bypass the internal sampling frequency converter. This is useful for noise shaped or coded input signals and allows a digital clone to be made of the input signal. If the source is a 44.1 kHz signal that has been speed adjusted (varispeed) the SRC must be turned on to enable a 44.1 kHz signal to be recorded.
1 Press the MENU button until “SRC xxx” is displayed.
2 Press the 41 Á¢ (search) buttons to select the SRC on (enabled) or SRC off (disabled)
•Initial setting is SRC on
•When the original setting is changed, a question mark “?” appears on the screen next to the selected option.
3 Press the SKIP ID SET button to memorize the setting.
•The question mark “?” is removed from the display and the new setting is memorized.
