A VTS attempted unsuccessfully to eject a stacked volume (xxxxxx) during disaster recovery. (VTS z)

Probable Cause

During processing of a physical volume during disaster recovery, the VTS subsystem determined that the physical volume was damaged and attempted to place the volume in the I/O station, but the attempt failed. The likely reason is that the cartridge has physical damage as a result of the disaster and it interferes with the cell in the I/O station.
