1. Power off the system. Refer to "Powering Off the System".

2.Remove all but one of the installed memory modules. Record the position of th memory modules removed so that when instructed to re-install them, they can be installed in their original positions.

3. Power on the system. Refer to "Powering On the System".

Does the system stop with a memory checkpoint displayed on the operator panel?

NORepeat this step until all the memory modules have been installed and tested.

If all the memory modules have been installed, reseating the memory modules has corrected the problem.
