Utility Mode – Fax Functions

To program the relay box

1Select the “FAX REGISTRATION” menu.

Refer to “To select the “FAX REGISTRATION” menu” on page 10-2.

2Press the [7] key from the 10-Key Pad to select “RELAY BOX”.

3Using the 10-Key Pad, enter the relay box number.

The relay box number can be set to any number between 1 and 5.

4Using the 10-Key Pad, enter the 4- digit relay box ID, and then press the [Yes] key.

The relay box ID can be set to any number between 0000 and 9999.

If you wish to change the relay box ID, press the [No] key, and then enter the new number.

5Using the 10-Key Pad, enter the 4- digit password, and then press the [Yes] key.

The password can be set to any number between 0000 and 9999.

If you wish to change the password, press the [No] key, and then enter the new password.

If no password is to be specified, press the [Yes] key without entering anything.
