Utility Mode – Fax Functions

To delete the batch transmission setting

1Select the “FAX REGISTRATION” menu.

Refer to “To select the “FAX REGISTRATION” menu” on page 10-2.

2Press the [5] key from the 10-Key Pad to select “BATCH TX”.

3Press the one-touch dial key programmed with the batch

transmission setting that you wish to delete.

4Press the [No] key.

A confirmation message appears, asking whether or not to delete the batch transmission setting.

5Press the [Yes] key.

The “FAX REGISTRATION” menu appears again.
