Utility Mode – Fax Functions

Setting Up Speed Dialing (“SPEED DIAL” function)

If speed dial numbers are programmed with fax numbers, the recipient can be specified easily and accurately without the need to manually enter the number using the 10-Key Pad.

A maximum of 100 fax numbers (001 to 100) can be programmed.

A list of the information programmed in the speed dial numbers can be printed out. Refer to “Outputting a report/list (“PRINT REPORT” menu)” on page 11-3.

To program a speed dial number

1Select the “FAX REGISTRATION” menu.

Refer to “To select the “FAX REGISTRATION” menu” on page 10-2.

2Press the [2] key from the 10-Key Pad to select “SPEED DIAL”.

3Using the 10-Key Pad, enter the 3- digit speed dial number (ex. 011) that you wish to program.
