Utility Mode – Fax Functions

To set the “FOOTER” function

1Select the “RX OPERATION” menu.

Refer to “To select the “RX OPERATION” menu” on page 10-41.

2Press the [7] key from the 10-Key Pad to select “FOOTER”.

3Using the and keys, select either “ON” or “OFF”, and then press the [Yes] key.

The “RX OPERATION” menu appears again.

To set the “SELECT TRAY” function

1Select the “RX OPERATION” menu.

Refer to “To select the “RX OPERATION” menu” on page 10-41.

2Press the [8] key from the 10-Key Pad to select “SELECT TRAY”.

3Using the and keys, select a paper tray, and then press the [Yes] key.

4Using the and keys, select either “DISABLE” or “ENABLE”, and then press the [Yes] key.

The “RX OPERATION” menu appears again.
