It is important for you to perform preventive maintenance on a regular basis. This section includes a form for listing the materials and equipment required to perform preventive maintenance on each piece of equipment and a brief description of the procedure.

You should establish a preventive maintenance schedule when the system is installed. Take the environment into consideration. For example, if you have an extremely dusty environment, the system will require more frequent cleaning. Use the Preventive Timetable Worksheets provided to record the schedule.
