13.A message will prompt you to reset the switch to activate the firmware. Resetting the switch is disruptive. Use the Hotreset command to attempt a non-disruptive activation.

A stable farbic is required to successfully activate the firmware on a switch without disrupting traffic. Therefore, before continuing with this action, ensure there are no administrative changes in progress anywhere in the fabric.
