Troubleshooting

A Open the front cover by pushing the front cover release button.

B If the paper is in the front side of the photoconductor unit, careful- ly pull it out.

❒When removing misfed paper,

be careful not to touch the fus-

6 ing section because it could be very hot.

C When the misfed paper is in the main section of the photoconduc- tor unit, turn the dial downward then remove the misfed paper in the printer.

Make sure that you do not leave any misfed paper in the printer.

Note

❒If it is difficult to turn the dial, turn it slightly upward in the

opposite direction, and then try again.

A Open the paper exit cover.

❒When opening the paper exit cover, be careful as it may be hot.
