Loading Paper

Specifying paper size using the operation panel

Use the following procedure to speci- fy the paper size from the printer's operation panel after loading paper with mark “p” in the table men- tioned above into tray 1, tray 2 and tray 3.

A Press {Menu}.
	On Line	Reset	Escape
	Menu	Media	Enter
Power	Error		Data In

The following message appears on the panel display.

B Use {U}{T} to display “System

Menu”, and then press {Enter}.

<Tray Size[*]> j

*8.5x13 l

D Use {U}{T} to select the paper size you have specified for the pa- per tray, and then press {Enter}.

8.25x13 l

E Press {On Line}.

The normal display screen ap- pears.

Ready5

F Press {On Line} to enter the off- line condition.

The On Line indicator turns off.

G Press {Reset}.

C Use {U}{T} to display “2.Tray Size[p]”, and then press {Enter}.

The currently selected paper size appears on the panel display.
