OPERation Status Register
The operation status register is a standard SCPI,
Figure 5-20 represents the Operation Status data structure. The “+” represents the logical summation/or of bits in a register. Table 5-11, Table 5-12, and Table 5-13 describe the meanings of each bit as well as the bit number and bit weight.
