Collisions	The best estimate of the total number of collisions on
	this Ethernet segment.
64 Bytes Frames	The total number of frames (including bad packets)
65-127 Byte Frames	received and transmitted where the number of octets
128-255 Byte Frames	fall within the specified range (excluding framing bits
256-511 Byte Frames	but including FCS octets).
512-1023 Byte Frames
1024-1518 Byte Frames
1519-1536 Byte Frames
