Fonction BAGEL

Éléments

Les éléments supérieurs et inférieurs s’allument et s’éteignent par intermittence afin de garder une température constante.

Position de la grille

Centrale.

Réglages optionnels

Bouton FROZEN FOODS (aliments congelés).

La fonction BAGEL rend l’intérieur (côté coupé) de votre bagel croustillant tandis que l’extérieur est bruni légèrement. Cette fonction est idéale pour brunir les English muffins, les crumpets ou les épaisses tranches de pain gourmet qui exigent un grillage plus foncé d’un côté que de l’autre.

NOTE

Si vous aimez vos moitiés de bagel croustillantes de chaque côté, il est préférable d’utiliser la fonction TOAST.

1.Insérez la grille dans la position centrale en plaçant les rayons vers le haut.

2.Tranchez les bagels en deux.

3.Si vous désirez griller 1 à 3 moitiés de bagel, déposez-les au centre de la grille. Pour 4 à 6 moitiés, placez-les à égale distance entre elles sur deux rangées.

NOTE

L’intérieur (côté coupé) du bagel doit être positionné vers le haut, sous l’élément chauffant supérieur, de façon

àce qu’il soit croustillant pendant que la croûte brunit légèrement.

4.Fermez la porte du four.

5.Tournez le cadran jusqu’à ce que la fonction BAGEL apparaisse sur l’écran ACL. Le chiffre supérieur indique le réglage de coloration ‘4’ et le chiffre inférieur indique le nombre de moitiés de bagel ‘4’.

6.Le réglage de bagel et le nombre de moitiés de bagel peuvent être ajustés avant ou pendant le cycle de bagel.

a)Le chiffre supérieur apparaissant sur l’écran ACL indique le réglage de coloration.

Tournez le cadran de TEMPÉRATURE vers la gauche pour réduire le degré de coloration, ou vers la droite pour l’augmenter. Le réglage de coloration se voit au nombre de cercles apparaissant au haut de l’écran ACL. La flèche au-dessus des cercles se déplacera en fonction des réglages choisis.
