The system displays the Assign Services to Channels window (Figure 76).

2In the Channel Numbers: field, enter the channel number or range of numbers.

Valid numbers range from 0 to the maximum number of channels in the system. You can enter multiple channels separated by commas or a range of channels using a dash. For example, an entry of 1, 3–5, 10 specifies channels 1, 3, 4, 5, and 10.

3Enter the name of the service that will handle the incoming call in the Service Name: field. Valid names are a string of 16 characters or less, or press F2 (Choices) to select from a menu.

A special service name of “*DNIS_SVC” is available. It allows you to select a number service based on the called and calling numbers. It is also used when multiple services are supported by a single trunk or when
