A Summary of Commands

soft_szr

busy, the command fails. If you specify a range of channels and one or more of the channels is busy, the command seizes the idle channels but fails for the busy channels.

Example

The following example starts the script “sodapop” on channels 0 through 4.

soft_szr 0-4 sodapop

The following example starts the script “test1”’ on channel 10.

soft_szr 10 test1

Return Values

If the soft_szr is successful, a 0 value is returned. If any value other than 0 is returned, the soft_szr command completely or partially failed. If soft_szr returns a value of 2, the soft_szr command failed due to temporary condition. In this case, the user should attempt the dip_int command again.
