You should also specify the recipient ID’s (=keys) in the bottom. This is used as a way to force a level break.

Normally it is advisable to specify all of the keys (and only the keys) here. But you can use this to split up one e-mail into several: A problem could be, that one E-mail address (=one set of keys) is sent to for several companies, but in order to ease distribution you want to create one E-mail per company.
