OVL	1 - 2		<&&’	Prints an overlay containing the

	23		sign (+/-) distance left edge
	24 - 28		distance to left paper edge INPEL
FNT	1 - 2		<&&’	Changes the font type for the rest
	3	- 5	<FNT’	of the page.
	7	- 10	font-id
PPL	1 - 2		<&&’	Changes the line density for the
	3	- 5	<PPL’	remaining text lines on the page.
	7	- 9	points per line
ESC	1 - 2		<&&’	Changes the command recognition
	3	- 5	<ESC’	character string from <&&’.
	7	- 8	new command recognition character string
GL2	1 - 2		<&&’	Prints a HP-GL/2 plot with the
	3	- 5	<GL2’	same rotation as the paper

	23		sign (+/-) distance to left edge	If a distance is stated without a

	30 - 34		hight INPEL	leading sign the distance is
	35 - 39		width INPEL	calculated relatively to the paper
				edge. If a sign (+/-) is stated, the
				distance will be calculated
				according to the base line of the
				current print line.
				If hight or width are not stated the
				plot can reach the lower right edge.
				The GL2 command only works on
				PCL5 printers (e.g. HPIII and HP4).
