TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPAIR

VOLTAGE AND CURRENT CALIBRATION PROCEDURE

WARNING

Service and repair should be performed by only Lincoln Electric factory trained personnel. Unauthorized repairs performed on this equipment may result in danger to the technician or machine operator and will invalidate your factory warranty. DESCRIPTION

This test will help determine if the machine is capable of producing welding output and to check and adjust, if necessary, the voltage and or current calibration.

MATERIALS NEEDED

Resistive Load Bank

Calibrated Test Voltmeter

Calibrated Test Ammeter

This procedure takes approximately 20 minutes to perform.
