Considerations

Broker’s Hold must be disabled to establish a conf erence call.

Eight-Party Conferencing

With the optional Conference Card installed, up to 8 parties can be included in a conference call. One of the parties can be a CO line (i.e., 8 extensions or 7 extensions and 1 CO line).

Operation

To establish an Eight-party Conference Call from the idle status:

Lift the handset.

Intercom dial tone

 

 

 

2.

Enter the Eight-Party Conference code (default = 788).

Hookflash.

 

 

 

 

4.

Enter a trunk access code, or dial the number of the exten-

 

 

sion you wish to add to the call.

 

 

 

 

5.

If you entered a trunk access code, dial the number of the

 

 

party you wish to add to the call. Otherwise, proceed to step

Hookflash when your call is answered.

Connected to called party

 

 

 

7.

To add additional parties to the call, hookflash and repeat

 

 

steps 3-6.
