Exclusive Hold
With Exclusive Hold, only the extension that held the call can retrieve it . Exc lusive Hold can be used
to hold CO calls and extension calls.

Considerations
• Intercom calls will be held a s Exclusive when placed on hold by pressing the HOLD key.

1. Enter the Floating Hold Answer feature access code
(default = *9).
2. Enter the Floating Hold orbit number (001-576) for the held
call.
