The System provides two types of call waiting:

Automatic Call Waiting: You do not need to enter a code to send the Call Waiting signal. You need only to remain on the line.

Manual Call Waiting: You must enter a code to send a Call Waiting signal to the busy extension.

Operation

To use Automatic Camp-on:

Lift the handset.

Dial the extension number.

• Called party hears alert tone

 

 

• Calling party hears ringback tone

 

 

 

3.

Remain on the line until the called party answers.

Enter the Camp-On (Call Waiting) code (default = 2).

To answer a Camp-on (Call Waiting) signal:
