Set Config Security Portbinding

Configures port binding.

Authority Admin session and a Config Edit session

Syntax set config security portbinding [port_number]

Keywords [port_number]

Initiates an editing session in which to change the port binding configuration for the port given by [port_number]. The system displays each parameter one line at a time and prompts you for a value. For each parameter, enter a new value or press the Enter key to accept the current value shown in brackets. Enter “q” or "Q" to end the editing session. Table 13-16describes the Set Config Security Port parameters.

Enables (True) or disables (False) port binding for the

 

port given by [port_number].

WWN

Worldwide port name for the port/device that is allowed to

 

connect to the port given by [port_number].

 

 

Examples The following is an example of the Set Config Security Portbinding command:

SANbox #> admin start

SANbox (admin) config edit

SANbox (admin-config) #> set config security portbinding 1

A list of attributes with formatting and current values will follow.

saved (see config save command) and

activated (see config activate command) before it can take effect. To discard this configuration use the config cancel command.
