1.1 Location
Now, you have to choose a suitable location for the machine. For the best possible performance, install your machine in a place which satisfies the following conditions.
●Not exposed to direct sunlight
●Well ventilated (air turnover at least three times per hour)
●Level
●Not subject to vibration
●Away from other electronic equipment, to avoid interference.
●Away from areas containing corrosive gas

Important Points about Power Connection
●The supply from the wall outlet must not fluctuate by more than 20V either side of 11 5V ac.
. The power cord should not be laid in a place where it might trip somebody.
●Do not lay anything on the power cord.
. If you have to use an extension cord, make sure that it is capable of carrying 125V/1 5A, and that your facsimile terminal is the only piece of equipment connected to that cord.
