–Programming the Forwarding Terminal Telephone Number –
The forwarding terminal can either be:
●Afax machine on the same PBX as this machine.
●Afax machine on an outside line, but not connected to aPBX at that location,
Program as follows:

Note
If anumber is already displayed,
either:
●To keep the number as it is,
●To erase the number, press
Clear .
2. Type in the telephone number at the
built-in ten-key pad.
Example: 2135553761
To correct amistake:
.Press Clear to go back aspace.
.Press No Ito clear the whole number.
Note for PBX users
If your machine is behind aPBX, in-
clude the access code and a pause
before the number, if the forwarding
terminal is on an outside line.
Example: Access Code =9
Press ~9Pause/Redial I , then
enter the number.
3. Press ~Yes I to store the number.
