Follow the rules in step 3 on page 79.

Press NO] if you entered the

wrong number. Repeat step 6.

Notes:

1.One of the following messages will be briefly displayed.

PROGRAMMED –the number has been stored into the group.

#NOT PROGRAMMED – no telephone number has been allocated to this key or code.

LONGHAND #’S FULL – you tried to program a full telephone number into the group

but there are already ten telephone numbers used in groups. Either delete an unwanted telephone number from all the groups, or program the new number as a Speed Dial Code or Quick Dial Key (Function 60) before storing it in a group.

2.One of the following messages will be briefly displayed.

CLEARED –this number has now been taken out of this group.

NOT IN GROUP –the number that you wanted to clear was not in the group.
