4 ADVANCED FEATURES
For this function to work:
1)The CSI of the called terminal must be the same as its telephone number.
2)The function must have been enabled in advance by a service technician.
Your machine compares the last eight digits of the dialed number with the last eight digits of the re- ceived CSI. If they do not match, the message will not be sent. Spaces and pauses are disregarded.
Note: . This function removes the possibility of the telephone network connecting you to the wrong location. However, if you dial the wrong number, the message will not be stopped. So you should still check the RTl or CSlthat is displayed onthe Character Display and press Stop if the wrong one is displayed.
. This function cannot be used if Closed Network (see below) is switched on.
This function must be switched on by a service technician, and you must program the ID code (page 23).
Your machine will not send the message if the other end’s ID code does not match yours.
The stamp allows you to check whether all pages of your document were received correctly at the remote terminal. Pages received correctly will have a pink circle at the bottom, if the stamp is switched on. In memory mode, the stamp does not operate. However, after an adjustment by a service representative, it will operate if the document was scanned and stored successfully.
The stamp is not used in copy mode.
The stamp is on when the Stamp indicator is lit. Press the key below that indicator to switch the stamp on/ off.

If you want to make a G1 mode transmission, do the following.
1.Press the resolution key unit the GI Mode indicator lights.
2.Place the document in the feeder.
3.Dial.
4.Press I Start ] .
Note that the following features cannot be used with G1 Mode.
