1. Click [Start] and select [Printers] in [Settings] (Windows 2000)
or select [Printers and Faxes] (Windows XP/Server 2003).
The Printers folder is opened.
2. Double-click the [Add Printers] icon.
When using the Windows XP/Server 2003, click [Add a printer] in the
Printer Tasks menu.
The Add Printer Wizard dialog box appears.
3. Click [Next].
