Remove the connectors by releasing lock of the
housing.		Groove for
3) Remove the control P.C. board assembly from		P.C. boaed
P.C. board base. (Remove the heat sink and the
inverter control P.C. board assembly as they are
screwed.)

Remove the heat sink upward by taking off two
claws of P.C. base and holding the heat sink.
4) Take off two screws which fix the heat sink and	Heat sink	Inverter box
IGBT and also take off support hooks of the P.C.

board (5 positions) to remove IPDU P.C. board.
5) Mount a new IPDU P.C. board.

The rectifier diode has polarity, so be careful to +
and – . If + and – are mistaken, a trouble is
caused.
*(Note 4)
When mounting a new board, check that it is
correctly set in the groove of the base holder of P.C.
board base.
