Setting up workstations

NOTE: If the wrong software has been loaded on the client, the executable files may have the wrong extension. If this is the case, delete everything under the above directories.

If there are any files named print, listq, or listjob in the directories, /bin, or /usr/bin, delete them also.

Make sure that the DOS print command is not accidentally removed instead of the DocuPrint NPS/IPS print command. If you are not sure which command it is, type print <Enter>. The NPS/IPS command will always give a usage statement.
