Sharpness

Introduction

The sharpness feature adjusts the image edge sharpness of the copy. There are three options; maximum, normal and minimum.

Option Function

Maximum Select to achieve maximum sharpness.

Normal Select to achieve normal sharpness.

Minimum Select to achieve minimum sharpness.

Procedure

1.Select the image quality feature group tab. If needed, refer to page 92.

2.Select the sharpness button, on the image quality screen.

The sharpness screen is displayed.

Load documents face down
Sharpness	Cancel	Done
	Maximum
	Normal
	Minimum

3.Select the desired sharpness; maximum, normal or minimum. To cancel the changes and exit from this screen, select cancel.

4.Insert the document to make copies, or select done as required to select additional features.
