Problems	Suggested solutions
Copy image is partially deleted.	Press the review button. Ensure that the
	appropriated features are selected.
	• Ensure that the media width and length are
	appropriate for document size being copied.
	• Ensure that the document has been fed in
	the correct direction.
	• Ensure the correct edit features are selected.
	Ensure the image quality selections are
	appropriate for the documents being copied.
	If the media is moist, replace it.
Copies are wrinkled.	If the media is moist, load fresh media.
Media jams repeatedly.	Check for jammed or torn media left in the
	machine.
	Check the copy media for folds, wrinkles, and
	tears. Replace it if necessary.
	Ensure that the media is loaded correctly. Reset
	the media trays and rolls.
	Check that the media is within specifications.
	Use the recommended media.
Document jams repeatedly.	Check document for folds, wrinkles and tears.
	Replace or repair if necessary.
	Use a document carrier for smaller documents.
