If | the | cause | of | a | Phase 2 | problem is | not | due to | the 6416SW console connection, make |
sure | that all | ATM modules are | operational | by | following | these steps: |
1.Enter the SHOW MODULE ALL command as describedONcorein theSwitching Hub/CELLplex 4000 ATM Command Reference Guide.
2.Check that each module is installed, connected, and functioning properly. Normal operation is indicatedY appearswhn inInstallthe , Connect, andOperation
columns for all | slot | numbers except the<extension>row whereappears. In the |

the Connect and | Operation columns. |
3.Ifn appears Installfor , make sure that the module is properly plugged into the backplane connectors in the hub.

4. If | the | status | of | the | module | in | the | SHOW MODULE VERBOSEhardwarescreen is |

KO | andpermanent failure, |
| reset | the | module. If | the | problem | persists and if | the | ||||||||||||
module's | status | does | not | chardwareange to okay | andnormal, | replace | the | module. |

If the module's status coundertinuesrecoveryas for a long time, reset the module. If the problem persists, replace the module.
