3.Required: In the Name box, enter the DNS name or the IP address of the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) server you want to use to send the e-mail notification.

4.Required: In the Port box, enter the port of the SMTP server you want to use to send the e-mail notification.

5.In the User Name box, enter a user name for the SMTP server.

6.In the Password box, enter a password for the SMTP server.

7.In the Verify Password box, enter the password you entered previously.

8.Required: In the Sender box, enter the e-mail address of the sender. This address is displayed in the From box in the e-mail.

9.If you want the replies to go to an e-mail address other than the e-mail address specified in the Sender box, enter the e-mail address you want to receive replies in the Reply to box.

10.Click Save.

IMPORTANT: You should try sending a test e-mail.

To send a test e-mail:

1.In the To box, enter an e-mail address.

The software verifies that the address entered has a correct form.

2.In the Subject box, enter a subject to distinguish this e-mail from notification of a real event, for example:

3.In the Message box, enter a message, for example:

I'm just testing e-mail notification.

4.Click Send Test Message.

Configuring Print Settings

To configure print settings:

1.Click the button.

2.Use the fields on the Paper tab to modify the setup of the page. When you are done, click Apply. If you want the default settings, click Default.

A preview of the printout is displayed in the right pane.

IMPORTANT: Before you change the margins, decide on a unit of measurement.

Paper format - Select the paper size from the drop-down menu.

Unit - Select cm (centimeters) or inch for the margins.

Paper width - Displays the width of the paper. You can modify the measurement in this field when you select the Custom option in the Paper format drop-down menu.
