4.Press down on the battery clip to release the battery from its socket).

!CAUTION

To maintain a tight battery contact with the socket, do not over-bend the battery clip.

5.Remove the battery and discard in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

6.With the positive (+) side of the new battery facing up, press the battery into the socket.

7.Replace the left side cover (see “Replacing the Left Side Cover” in Chapter 4).

8.Connect external peripherals and power cables.
