Access module id

The number of ports served by the modem is 1-Port.

Modem Configuration

The modem configuration of the device is DDD, 2-Wire APL, 4-Wire APL, or 4-Wire APL Multi-point.

Modem Strapping

The modem (international) strapping of the device, North American, Generic, Japan, UK, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Austarlia, New Zealand, France, Switzerland, Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Cyprus, Portugal, Singapore, Malaysia, Turkey.

Hardware Part Number

An alphanumeric, 11-character set that identifies the circuit card in the modem.

Software Part Number

An alphanumeric, 11-character set that identifies the firmware release number.

Installed Features

The features installed on the device, Trellis Multipoint, V.32 bis, V.33, V.29, V.27 bis, Expanded security database capacity, Proprietary 28.8, Proprietary 1200, or Dual Leased Line.

The following selections are added to the Installed Features field of this command for 3980, 3981, and 3982 modems.

The results form now displays 3920 and or 3921 in the Model field in support of 392xPlus modems.
