Page 2 enables you to set the criteria for the non-answering data set fault, and the short holding time fault. Figure 2-6 is a sample of Page 2 of the Call Fault Criteria input form.

This input form contains the following fields:

NON-ANSWERING DATA SET FAULT CRITERIA

Incoming calls/sample (Required field)

Enter the number of calls to be included in the sample. Valid entries are from 5 through 100.

Maximum number of non-answered calls/sample (Required field)

Enter a number from 1 through 100 to define the maximum number of non-answered calls in the sample. Must be less than or equal to the number specified in the Incoming calls/sample field above.
