2Open the guide in the direction shown.
3Carefully remove the misfed paper in the direction shown.
If the paper does not move when you pull, or if you do not see any paper in this area, stop and go to step 4.
4Lift the front part of the tray up slightly to release the tray from the machine.
5Remove the jammed paper by gently pulling it straight out.
Once you remove the jammed paper here, open the side cover and then close it to clear the error message on the display.
6Close the side cover and insert the paper tray. Lower the rear part of the Tray to align the rear edge with the corresponding slot of the machine, then insert it completely.
